Nancy knows that the best way to give people exactly what they want is to listen to their needs. She has spent a lifetime listening, planning and problem-solving for clients across the banking industry, while nurturing her community spirit as a founding director of the Rocky Mountain Adoption Exchange. Whether it be fund raising for children in need or a family touched by cancer, Nancy has seized countless opportunities to support others, and it has been her honor. Nancy has spent the last four years observing and assisting at two premier senior care facilities. She has also completed the Companion Connection Senior Care syllabus and graduated as a national member of this organization of independent care giving companies. Nancy's deep participation in the human condition led her to co-found Freedom Home Care and build a superior community of caregivers.
Bill Treadwell-Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Co-Founder
Bill is President of Freedom Home Care and a national member of the Companion Connection Senior Care organization. He started, and is president of, the Boulder chapter of the Senior Alliance; an organization that brings together important senior services in order to better serve the aging population of Boulder County.
Bill has over 35 years of global business management experience, including 24 years as a vice-president with industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, Storage Technology Corporation and Zenith Data Systems. Bill is also President of The Carriage House, a homeless resource center in Boulder County, and a Board Member of The Boulder Emergency Squad. Bill currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Jan where they run Singletree Farms; a thriving Equestrian Training and Boarding facility.
